At ARRAN Sense of Scotland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance and body care products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original, unopened condition within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the items are unused, in their original branded packaging, and securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit back to our island workshop.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or designated courier collection point, ensuring you keep your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
